The Origin

The methodology was proven at enterprise scale before I built the tools.

I spent years building the growth operating system at APMEX — taking it from $980M to $2.3B in three years. That work ran with a team of 50+. The complexity was real, but so was the methodology behind it: goals that traced to outcomes, measurement reconciled against actual closes, execution aligned to a Cascade.

The lesson from APMEX was that the methodology was the durable thing — not the headcount, not the tools, not the budget. DRYVN is that same thinking turned into a system that no longer needs the headcount. The infrastructure does what the team used to do.
